The diagram shows the process of turning raw materials into rough paper and refined paper. Overall, it is evident that pulp production from raw materials is a four-stage procedure. Then it goes through more processing to become paper.
Body paragraph 1
Trees are first cut into logs as a primary step. After being chipped, they are combined with other purchased chips and put into a digester. The resulting pulp goes through a two-stage washing and screening cleaning procedure.
Body paragraph 2
Both rough and refined paper is produced from the cleaned pulp. The pulp is created using a pulp former, dried in a dryer, and then fed through a pulp reel to create rough paper. They are then sliced with a pulp cutter to create paper bales that can be used to make boxes. The pulp is cleaned again to make refined paper. The pulp that has been twice cleansed is dried in dryers. After that, it is compressed using paper and pulp presses. It is then dried and made into paper. Printing is done on the refined paper that is thus obtained.
In all, the process is divided into two stages: the first stage creates clean pulp, and the second stage divides the pulp into rough paper for boxes and refined paper for printing.
