Unquestionably, the techniques of sharing knowledge have altered as writing advances in modern technology. This has led to the digital exchange of ideas becoming more common than in-person meetings in a lot of businesses. I’ll go over the reasons in this essay why online communication has more benefits than drawbacks.

To start with, there are several benefits to internet communication for both individuals and businesses. Businesses do not have to spend a lot of money maintaining their infrastructure and office supplies. For instance, it is not necessary to lease or rent a location in order to conduct face-to-face conversations. Online idea exchange is convenient and time-saving from the perspective of the person. A further benefit is that people don’t have to travel far to get to work. Also, the fastest form of communication is digital. There is no requirement to reserve a location or make additional preparations. To invite employees to an online meeting, a simple online link must be created. Also, if a person works online, he will avoid paying for transportation and cut down on commuting time. According to a survey, 80% of workers have extra time to be with their families during the epidemic since they must work from home and do not need to commute during rush hour. Online communication takes less time and is less expensive comparatively face-to-face interaction.

For instance, having a good internet connectivity is necessary also high- quality audio and video when participating in online meetings. Additionally, some cybercriminals have the ability to break into important corporate data and make proper use of it.

In conclusion, digital idea exchange is the most efficient method and is less expensive than face-to-face interactions. It is quick and practical. Technical problems can occasionally cause information exchange to be delayed. Yet, in my opinion, the benefits it provides to people and businesses outweigh the drawbacks.
